Refund policy / Exchange Policy
Dear Customers! PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE PARCEL, IF THERE IS THE SEAL OF BOTTLES ARE DAMAGE OR BROKEN, THEN DO NOT ACCEPT THE PARCEL AND IF ITEM IS MISSING THEN SEND US VIDEO, WITHOUT VIDEO WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIM
1. If there any damage or any fault or difference you would find WIZIO will be responsible to change the Product, the customer would have to send return parcel through PAKISTAN POST courier service at our Address.
2. Item can only be exchanged if it’s not the same as in picture
3. No cash Return
4. If seal is broken then there will be no refund or exchange.
5. If the Size Ordered is same but still Customer wants to exchange its both Delivery Charges will be on Customer. But if the seal is broken of the bottle then there will be no return or refund or exchange.
6. In above case mentioned in point 5 the delivery charges will be paid by customer.
